When to Give UP

I have to admit, sometimes I give up too soon.

I’ve always had a lazy streak, and if something takes more time than I want it to, I’m often ready to move on to something else.

There are times, though, when it’s the right thing to do.

For example, a few years ago, not long after I started my online business, I got the idea that I should learn Linux so I could manage my own server.

It was around the time I had a custom computer built, so instead of having Windows installed, I installed Linux instead.

At first, it was fine.  I was able to find software to replace all my Windows programs, and I really liked the way the system could update everything at once.

Every so often, there would be an issue where something didn’t work as it should, and I would spend a few hours tracking down the problem and fixing it.

After 3 or 4 years, I realized that I was spending too much time tracking down and fixing problems, and it would be cheaper to buy a new copy of Windows to put on the machine.

So I gave up on Linux and went back to Windows.

After all that, I did learn a few things about Linux, however, overall, it was mostly a waste of time.

What are you wasting your time doing, that could be done a better way?

Do you even realize how much time you’re wasting?

One of the biggest things I see in my coaching work is clients doing things that don’t need to be done, yet assuming these activities are necessary, that their life wouldn’t work otherwise.

Kind of like when I assumed that having an online business meant I needed to know the underlying technology involved.

I didn’t.  And my life is much better delegating that work to others.

I take on very few coaching clients, and the best I can do for most people has been packaged into a series of 6 hypnotic recordings I call Symbolic Solutions 2.0.

Maybe you’ve heard of it.  🙂

For just $97, you can develop the skills you need to quickly identify any time-wasting activity, so you can be much more efficient in getting what you want in life.

Of course, there’s a whole lot more this system will help you accomplish, because it truly is a life-changing program.

The more I work with these principles, the better my own life becomes.

And I’ve been working in this area for 30 years.

If it can help me, it can help you too.

Wishing you the best of all good things.
