How to Beat Anxiety

Let’s talk about something that affects far too many people.

Anxiety.

When you break it down, anxiety is a feeling that is produced when you believe you are required to live up to a standard beyond your abilities.

For instance, when you believe the only way you can keep a job is to outperform everyone else, even if you’re just starting out.

Of if you believe the only way to make friends is to be loose with your morality.

Of if you believe the only way to enjoy life is to become someone different, AND you believe that you could never change who you are.

Granted, I may be oversimplifying a bit. I tend to do that sometimes.

Even so, the point is valid.

On a deeper level, it gets VERY interesting.

It’s all about judgement.

Judging yourself, mostly.

Judging things as good, okay, not okay, bad, etc.

What would happen if you didn’t judge anything?

What if you just accepted your life as it is now?

I guarantee you, the anxiety would go away.

Now, I’m not suggesting that you give up and accept pain, frustration, or disappointment.

Here’s what I AM suggesting.

The first step to changing a situation is to tap into your deep inner resources.

Your Divine Mind, as I like to call it.

But you can’t do this when you’re anxious, when your mind is caught in a loop that essentially says, “I have to, but I can’t.”

You’ve got to give yourself a break, relax, go within, and tap into the immense knowledge bank that is your subconscious mind.

You see, you most likely already have the answer you need to solve any problem you’re facing.

You just need to access it.
