Power Tip: It’s All Relative
It’s all relative.
How good is good enough?
As Og Mandino once wrote in “The Greatest Secret in the World“, (a book I highly recommend)
“The greatest secret in the world is that you only have to be a small, measurable amount better than mediocrity… and you’ve got it made.”
Most folks are so focused on how LITTLE they can do and still “get by”, that it really doesn’t take a lot of work to stand out from the crowd.
Of course, the better you are at something, the further you’ll go, and when you’re the best, the sky’s the limit.
In the meantime, don’t worry about whether you’re the best. Just concentrate on being better than most.
Affirm: I enjoy seeing how far I can grow as a person.
