In the process of manifesting something, you get a variety of different meditation experiences.
Some of the most rewarding ones are also the most difficult.
For example, just this morning, as I was sitting down to refocus my mind on my current manifestation project, I realized that this was going to be a tough one.
The last few days have been busy, and I was tired.
It wasn’t as easy to focus.
So I had to take more time to refresh, revitalize, and get back on track.
Essentially, I went through a similar process as the 15-Minute Vacation meditation included in the free PowerKeys PowerPack I offer on the website.
Actually, now that I’m thinking of that package, I probably could have used the Brain TuneUp as well to get even better results.
Even so, focusing on relaxing and recharging was enough to get back into alignment, after which, it was a relatively easy matter to use my trigger symbols to get into the right mind space for manifestation.
Of course, this is only one example of what you many need to work through to get into the right mental space in which to manifest your desires.
Here’s a completely different example.
Let’s say you just had an argument with your boss, your spouse, or significant other.
Hurtful things were said, and it seems the relationship may even fall apart.
How are you supposed to feel joy and happiness so you can attract a positive manifestation?
First off, I’ll be completely honest with you and say that this is probably one of the toughest situations you may need to work through.
And I don’t think there’s a PERFECT solution.
But there are some things you can do.
One of the best things you can do is to put it into perspective.
Sure, it feels downright awful when you’re in the midst of it, but as with everything else, the feelings will pass with time.
And in most cases, everything will eventually blow over and the relationship will get back to normal.
When you know this, and this is where your focus is, it’s a lot easier to “jump ahead” and feel better, because you know where things are going.
And even if the relationship does fall apart, you can always start again with someone new.
So, no matter what happens, there’s always hope for a better tomorrow.
And that’s where you have to start, with hope.
Something else that can help you recover a sense of peace and joy is to take a few minutes and indulge in a little daydreaming.
Remember a time when everything was good, and you were incredibly happy.
The more you can lose yourself in an enjoyable daydream, the easier it is to feel joy and gratitude, and the easier it is to manifest.
Of course, when you spend time daydreaming about a good relationship, you’re also working towards manifesting a better relationship experience.
Sometimes, you have to take care of the emergencies along the way to manifesting your big dream goal.
And yes, it slows down the process, but that’s just the way it goes sometimes.
The thing is to never give up, and do whatever you need to in order to keep your mind focused on the positives.
The more experience you have doing it, the easier it gets.
